Porridge with Shredded Chicken & Eggs
Beat 3 eggs with salt & white pepper. Fry it. Rolled and sliced it. Set aside
.
Boil rice with lots of water, 1 tbsp rice wine and a bit of salt.
Once cooked, add in shredded chicken, chopped green onion.
Season for taste.
Serve in a bowl top with slices of fried eggs and some soy sauce.
