Super Easy Fettuccine Alfredo

Boiled fettuccine as directed from the box. Heat some EVOO, saute onion & garlic. Then the shrimps and vegetables. Add in Alfredo sauce, slow fire. Once mixture well blended, toss in the pasta, mix well , served. (or put pasta in a bowl, pour Alfredo sauce over.)

Simple Lasagna

 

* Mix 1 1/4 cups of the Mozzarella cheese, the Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese, spinach and egg until well blended, set aside.

*Brown meat. Once done, then drain meat and return it to skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Put in a bit of water, stir well.

*Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce onto bottom of 13 X 9" baking dish; top with a layer of 3 uncooked lasagna noodles. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture & 1 cup of the meat sauce over noodles.

*Repeat layers, top with 3 more lasagna noodles and the remaining meat sauce.

*Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/4 cups of mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with greased foil. Bake 45 minutes. 

*Remove foil,let it bake for another 15 minutes. Serve!
