- 6 pieces of skinless boneless chicken thigh, cut bite size
- Ginger slices - as much as you like)
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Scallion/Green Onion
- Oil
- A pinch of sugar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- Salt & White Pepper
- Heat oil saute chopped garlic & slice ginger (lots of it).
- Add in the chicken pieces, stir fry. When half done, add in some oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and white pepper. Mix well.
- Add some water. Reduce fire and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cook. If prefer more gravy, put more water.
- Throw in some chopped green onion. Thickened sauce with some cornstarch.
- Serve with white rice.
