Ginger Chicken



  • 6 pieces of skinless boneless chicken thigh, cut bite size
  • Ginger slices - as much as you like)
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Scallion/Green Onion
  • Oil
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • Salt & White Pepper
  1. Heat oil saute chopped garlic & slice ginger (lots of it).
  2. Add in the chicken pieces, stir fry. When half done, add in some oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and white pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add some water. Reduce fire and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cook. If prefer more gravy, put more water.
  4. Throw in some chopped green onion. Thickened sauce with some cornstarch.
  5. Serve with white rice.
