Stir-fry Kueh Teow/White Flat Noodles


  • 1 pkg. of kueh teow-soaked in warm water until soft(I bought dry, fresh will taste a lot better)
  • Shrimps as desire
  • Handful of bean-sprouts
  • Few cloves of chopped garlic
  • 2 eggs - scramble, set aside
  • Some chopped cabbage
  • Tomato ketchup/sugar/soy sauce/salt = to taste (..and chili sauce if prefer)
  1. Heat oil, stir fry the chopped garlic.
  2. Add in the shrimps, once 70% cooked, add the cabbage and bean-sprouts.
  3. Add the noodles, stir fry few minutes.
  4. Mix in the ketchup, sugar, salt soy sauce. Stir to mix well.
  5. Pour in the eggs, stir well. Serve.
  6. It's taste a lot better with some sprinkle of lime juice and sambal at the side.
  7. ..or add in the basic sambal in before the eggs, stir well
