Stir-fry Kueh Teow/White Flat Noodles
- 1 pkg. of kueh teow-soaked in warm water until soft(I bought dry, fresh will taste a lot better)
- Shrimps as desire
- Handful of bean-sprouts
- Few cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 eggs - scramble, set aside
- Some chopped cabbage
- Tomato ketchup/sugar/soy sauce/salt = to taste (..and chili sauce if prefer)
- Heat oil, stir fry the chopped garlic.
- Add in the shrimps, once 70% cooked, add the cabbage and bean-sprouts.
- Add the noodles, stir fry few minutes.
- Mix in the ketchup, sugar, salt soy sauce. Stir to mix well.
- Pour in the eggs, stir well. Serve.
- It's taste a lot better with some sprinkle of lime juice and sambal at the side.
- ..or add in the basic sambal in before the eggs, stir well
