- Boiled the 'nasi empit' and set aside to let it cool.
- Saute chopped onion, cinnamon stick, jintan manis & some corriander powder in a pot.
- Add in 2 cans of chicken broth and a cup of water.
- Put in potatoes and carrot cubes. Let it boil. Add a bit sugar and salt to taste. Done!!
- In an individual bowl, add in nasi impit squares, some blanched bean sprout & shredded chicken, pour the soup over. Waa.laa........Bon-Appetit......!!!
