B/fast Bee Hoon Goreng(Stir Fry Rice Noodles)
- 1/2 packet Bee Hoon (Rice Noodle)
- 1 Tbsp Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion, slice
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 carrot, slices
- 100g green leave vegetable
- 200g shrimp
- A cup of Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Soak rice noodles in water until soft. Drain.
- Add knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, toss thoroughly.
- Heat oil in wok & add onion & garlic, stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.
- Add carrot, green leave vegetable, shrimps.
- Once the shrimps turn pink, add in the pre-seasoned noodles, chicken broth & hot water. Mix well.
- Cover the wok & cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until noodles softens. When well cooked, toss thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions & red cut chillies. ( I ran out!!)
- .....it goes well with plain omelet too...:-)
