B/fast Bee Hoon Goreng(Stir Fry Rice Noodles)


  • 1/2 packet Bee Hoon (Rice Noodle)
  • 1 Tbsp Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, slice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, slices
  • 100g green leave vegetable
  • 200g shrimp
  • A cup of Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  1. Soak rice noodles in water until soft. Drain.
  2. Add knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, toss thoroughly.
  3. Heat oil in wok & add onion & garlic, stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.
  4. Add carrot, green leave vegetable, shrimps.
  5. Once the shrimps turn pink, add in the pre-seasoned noodles, chicken broth & hot water. Mix well.
  6. Cover the wok & cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until noodles softens. When well cooked, toss thoroughly.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions & red cut chillies. ( I ran out!!)
  8. .....it goes well with plain omelet too...:-)
