- 1 large onion - sliced
- 2 handfuls of Bean Sprout
- 1 package of Baby Spinach
- Fried Tofu - cut lengthwise
- S + P for taste
EVOO, stir fry the onion. Add in spinach, cover for a while. Once the spinach withers, add in bean sprout and the fried tofu. Stir fry a bit more. Salt and pepper. Serve!
