Sweet & Sour Pork
- Pork tenderloin - cut into cubes
- Pineapples - cut cubes
- 1 Green bell pepper - cut cubes
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- White pepper & salt to taste
Sauce:-
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of water or reserved pineapple juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch mix with 2 tsp of water
- Marinate the pork in the soy sauce, egg and cornstarch.
- Deep fry the pork until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Set aside.
- Put all the sauce ingredients into the wok, bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- Add in pineapple and the bell pepper.
- Stir well, bring it to a boil again. Stirring frequently.
- Taste the sauce. Adjust the taste to you liking. (salt/sugar/vinegar etc).
- Add in the deep fry pork, mix well.
- Serve over rice!
