Nenas Masak Lemak
- 1 canned pineapple chunk
- 1/2 canned coconut milk + 1/2 cup of milk + 1/2 cup of water-The" liquid"
- Some Ikan Bilis
- Some cili padi or cili kering
- Salt & sugar to taste
- 1 large onion + 4 cloves of garlic + 4 shallots -for Saute"A"
- Heat oil, saute "A" until fragrant. Then put in the cili.
- Add in ikan bilis, stir fry a bit, mix well.
- Add in pineapple now, stir fry, cover it for about 10 mins.
- Now put in the "liquid" . Let it boil, then slow fire.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hot rice and Sambal Belacan..mmmmmmm...
