Nenas Masak Lemak

  • 1 canned pineapple chunk
  • 1/2 canned coconut milk + 1/2 cup of milk + 1/2 cup of water-The" liquid"
  • Some Ikan Bilis
  • Some cili padi or cili kering
  • Salt & sugar to taste
  • 1 large onion + 4 cloves of garlic + 4 shallots -for Saute"A"
  1. Heat oil, saute "A" until fragrant. Then put in the cili.
  2. Add in ikan bilis, stir fry a bit, mix well.
  1. Add in pineapple now, stir fry, cover it for about 10 mins.
  2. Now put in the "liquid" . Let it boil, then slow fire.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hot rice and Sambal Belacan..mmmmmmm...
