Dhokla + Cilantro Chutney

Courtesy of www.manjulaskitchen.com .Thank you Manjula. Dhokla Ingredients: Recipe for 4 side servings:
  • 1 cup sooji (semolina flour)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fine chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water as needed
  • 1 teaspoon ENO's fruit salt(Sodium Bicarbonate and Citric Acid)
FOR SEASONING:
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black mustard seed
  • 2 green peppers chopped about 1/2 inch long pieces
Cilantro Chutney Ingredients:
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 3 Serrano Chilis
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 11/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of hing (asafetida)
