Dhokla + Cilantro Chutney

Dhokla
Ingredients: Recipe for 4 side servings:
- 1 cup sooji (semolina flour)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt Pinch of turmeric
- 1 green chilly finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fine chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water as needed
- 1 teaspoon ENO's fruit salt(Sodium Bicarbonate and Citric Acid)
FOR SEASONING:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black mustard seed
- 2 green peppers chopped about 1/2 inch long pieces
Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 3 Serrano Chilis
- 3 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
- ½ inch Ginger
- 11/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Pinch of hing (asafetida)
