Potatoes n Corn Chowder


  • 1-1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 package smoked sausage (diced) or just sausage
  • 5 potatoes - cut cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar, or gouda cheese
In a skillet, fry sausage as ground sausage.
In a large sauce pan add milk, cream corn, cooked sausages, potatoes, and whole kernel corn.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese until fully melted.
Add green onion slivers, if desired.
