Soy Sauce Salmon




  • 4 Salmon fillet, cut into 4
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • Ginger, sliced
  • Scallion
  • Soy Sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Heat oil, marinate the salmon fillet with salt & turmeric. Then pan fry until brown and crispy. ( or your personal preference). Then set aside.
  2.  Heat oil in wok-medium fire, stir fry the onion slices, ginger and the white part of the scallion.
  3. Add in soy sauce, oyster sauce and water. If  want more gravy, you can add more water, but dont let it be too soupy.
  4. Put in the tomato cubes. Stir to mix well. 
  5. Once tomato are soft, add the sugar, salt and peeper to taste.
  6. Finally, add in the salmon, coat well. Let it cook in low fire for 5 to 10 minutes in the sauce.
  7. Then off fire, serve!
