Soy Sauce Salmon
- 4 Salmon fillet, cut into 4
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, cubed
- Ginger, sliced
- Scallion
- Soy Sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Heat oil, marinate the salmon fillet with salt & turmeric. Then pan fry until brown and crispy. ( or your personal preference). Then set aside.
- Heat oil in wok-medium fire, stir fry the onion slices, ginger and the white part of the scallion.
- Add in soy sauce, oyster sauce and water. If want more gravy, you can add more water, but dont let it be too soupy.
- Put in the tomato cubes. Stir to mix well.
- Once tomato are soft, add the sugar, salt and peeper to taste.
- Finally, add in the salmon, coat well. Let it cook in low fire for 5 to 10 minutes in the sauce.
- Then off fire, serve!
