Chicken Rendang

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into bite size
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of 'kerisik'
  • Salt & sugar to taste
#B - to blend
  • 1 large red onion
  • 6 cloves of galic
  • 5 stick of lemon grass
  • 3 inches of ginger
  • 1 inch of lengkuas
  • i inch of kunyit
  • 15-20 0f dried chili
  • about 10 bird eye chili
     
     
    1. Put all ingredients in wok except 'kerisik', daun kunyit, salt & sugar. In slow fire, stir constanly mix well.
    2.  Cook until then chicken meat id soft and blended well with the gravy. Stirring evry now and then.
    3. Now add salt, sugar to taste and 'kerisik', daun kunyit and mix well.
    4. Keep cooking and stirring until the gravy thickening.
    5. Off the fire and done!
